Spicy ramen with beef

Ingredients:
1. beef (400 g)
2. vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
3. kokudan (2 tablespoons)
4. sliced green onions (1 tablespoon)
5. soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
6. rice vinegar (2 tablespoons)
7. dried ginger (1 teaspoon)
8. sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
9. sugar (4 teaspoons)
10. ramen with seasonings (2 packs)
11. water
12. sliced onion (1/2 piece)
12. sliced mushrooms (1/2 Cup)
13. garlic (4 teaspoons)

Preparation:
Mix kochudyan, green onions, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and sugar. Pour half the sauce over the beef and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or saucepan over a high heat. Roast the beef for 5-8 minutes on each side until the meat is brown and transfer to a cutting Board to cool. Add the onion, mushrooms, ramen with spices and the sauce that was beef to the pan. Pour over the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Cut the meat into strips and add them, as well as the remaining half of the sauce, to the pan and stir. Cook for a few more minutes, garnish with green onions and serve.
